Are my goods insured?
The responsibility of Palletline plc is governed by the RHA Conditions of Carriage 1998. The financial limitation for loss or damage is £1,300 per tonne. So, if your goods weigh 250 kgs then our maximum liability under these conditions is £325. If your goods exceed this valuation you may request a higher limit. In any event, we would always suggest that you arrange your own insurance to protect your asset. Please see our terms and conditions for a detailed explanation.
