What is a POD A POD is a proof of delivery, i.e. the copy of the delivery note signed by your customer that enables us to prove to you your consignment was delivered in good condition. A download for each consignment is available online by selecting the POD option on the main navigation bar. You will require your password and email address to gain access to this secure area.
