Collection and Delivery
Your driver will do all he can to ensure the safe loading and delivery of your goods. Please do not ask or expect him to do anything that you can't or would not do. If you have a problem moving your pallet so will the driver. We strongly advise goods are ready before the driver arrives to collect as the driver may not be able to wait and may have to return later once the goods are ready to transport. In these circumstances a wasted journey fee will be charged as per our tariff.
