


The responsibility of Palletline plc for loss of or damage to goods or any other claims in relation to the consignment is governed by the RHA Conditions 1998, details of which can be viewed on this website. Please click on the terms and conditions section for further details.
If the standard financial limitation of £1,300 per tonne is insufficient to cover the value of the goods being transported please contact us to arrange enhanced terms. In the unlikely event that you do need to make a claim it is vital notification of your intent to claim is made in writing within 7 days of the scheduled delivery. However it is essential that your delivery documents should be signed in accordance with any suspected loss or damage at the time of delivery.
If you believe you may have to make an insurance claim for either damaged or missing items, please notify us of your intent to claim by emailing us at online@palletline.com.
Please put the subject as 'Intent to Claim'
The body of the text must contain the following information:
Full name of Claimant, Full Address, Contact Telephone Number, Consignment Number,
Nature of Claim (Shortage/ Damage/ Loss), Date of Despatch, Consignor Name and Address
Please include any relevant photographs or evidence on your email
Upon receipt of your intent to claim we will investigate and send a Claim Form to you.
